As we get more data on the effects of COVID, this guidance may change from time to time. Mild\/asymptomatic cases will require, at minimum, a recovery period and return to normal function during intense physical activity. Not all infections will require medical examination before diving; however, if medical clearance is needed the forms can be found in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetrocksdiving.com\/?page_id=4544#medical_forms\">this section<\/a> above, plus additional guidance and testing that may be required depending on the severity of your infection (next section below). One of the best solutions is time, which is why a post-infection surface interval is important.
