If student&#8217;s previous GUE training was in a single tank, best results may be achieved by combining a Doubles Primer with the Tech Upgrade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Why<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This upgrade session is useful for a Rec 1 or Fundamentals graduate who wishes to continue to GUE Cave or Technical training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Duration &amp; Content<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Half day, primarily in-water evaluation<\/li>\n<li>OR Full day or longer, if refinement &amp; coaching needed or combined with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetrocksdiving.com\/?page_id=751\">Doubles Primer<\/a><\/li>\n<li>If significant review desired, consider taking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetrocksdiving.com\/?page_id=752#part2\">Fundamentals Part 2 <\/a>as a way to review and demonstrate Tech-level readiness<\/li>\n<li>In some locations, we offer a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetrocksdiving.com\/?page_id=3399#fundiestweak\">Fundies Tweak<\/a> running parallel to a scheduled Fundamentals class. There is\u00a0<strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0limitation that a Tech Upgrade has to be achieved within 6 months of your Fundamentals class.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation dives require at least one qualified teammate.
