Peter T and I did a great scooter dive yesterday in Kailua Bay, right in the heart of Kona Town. This site is often overlooked as it starts super shallow and doesn’t have perfect vis; however, this reef is super nice once you get away from the pier, which usually requires a bit of a swim. Scooters solve this problem; they take you to reef that is very infrequently visited by divers and has great vis. Great deep and shallow topography and we had ALL THE FISH!
